1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if our suppliers face delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery
Because we work with various global suppliers to bring you specialized vests and apparel, shipping times can vary depending on the item's origin.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. If your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate packages.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vested Outfitters LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@vestedoutfitters.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
